General Information

Hi my name is Anna Herbert and I have been running Te Totara Primary School's before and after school care for the past 8 years.

I have throughly enjoyed getting to know all the families and children that have come through our doors over this time.

I am a mother to two teenage girls, who both previously attended Te Totara, and I have been happily married for 14 years.

I strive to make before and after school care a welcoming safe place for children to let their hair down after a structure filled day at school.

My measure of success is seeing our ASC children wanting to come to our program rather than 'having' to come. It has been a real joy to watch many children come through as wide eyed 5 years, a little unsure, then watch them grow in confidence, make friends and form bonds as they interact through play. Eventually seeing them head off, mature and ready for their next schooling adventure.
