Kia Ora, Hello,

My name is Jennie Brook-Watt and I am the Assistant Principal at Te Totara Primary School.

I am an experienced teacher and have taught in a wide variety of school settings in different countires and have had many additional roles and responsibilities. I have a passion for encouraging and enabling all learners to be successful.

My job includes being a member of the Senior Leadership Team involved with the day to day running of the school. I am the Leader of the Support Team, with responsibility for Teacher Aides and liaison with outside school support agencies.

I am a member of the Community Committee and enjoy working alongside parents to help achieve the best for our students, families and community.

I am married to Colin and have two teenage daughters who both attended Te Totara School. We enjoy cycling, swimming and cooking together. In my spare time I am an avid reader and am trying my hand at creative journaling.

I feel it is a privilege to work alongside the amazing and supportive staff at our school and to be part of the exciting journey we are currently on, which is reflected in our school vision of Growing and Learning together.
