Ra Team (Year 3/4)
Teacher in Ra 29
Hello,
My name is Ashleigh Campbell and I am very excited to be joining the Teaching Staff at Te Totara for 2023. I graduated from the University of Waikato with a Bachelor of Teaching in 2021 and in 2022 I was a part of the Teaching Staff at Huntly Primary.
I am very passionate about teaching and ensuring that the classroom is a welcoming and supportive learning environment for all students.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time at the beach, reading and being with my family.

Kia ora,
My name is Sarah and this is my fourth year working at this wonderful school.
I have two children aged 12 and 6 and I am fortunate enough to have my 6 year old here with me at school.
Much of my teaching career has been in Auckland where I taught at Kelston Primary.
This is my third year working in the Ra team and I love working alongside such amazing teachers.
Please feel free to come in and meet me and all the wonderful learners in Ra 30.
Team Leader, Teacher in Ra 32
This is my fifth year teaching at Te Totara Primary. I love being part of such a warm and welcoming environment.
I was born in Hamilton but have lived in many different parts of New Zealand and also overseas. More recently I returned from fourteen years in Boston and New York. Living overseas was such an awesome experience, and one of great personal and professional growth, however it really made me value the New Zealand culture and education system. I am so happy to be home in Aotearoa.
I graduated from Waikato University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Education and Diploma of Teaching. In 2002 I completed a Graduate Diploma of Information Technology in Education through Wintech.
I live in Rototuna with my three children and know all the good coffee spots. In my weekends I like to spend time gardening, camping and walking in our NZ bush.

Kia ora!
I have over ten years of teaching experience and have taught at a variety of levels with most of my time working with Year 0-4 students. I began my teaching career in the United Kingdom where I taught at Hathaway Primary School in London. After traveling overseas I returned to New Zealand working at Bankwood Primary School in Hamilton.
I am a passionate, caring teacher and I treasure each child’s unique qualities. I enjoy helping children reach their goals and I work hard to engage students by making the learning fun, meaningful and motivating. I support a collaborative classroom environment and like working in partnership with whanau.
I am married with two school-aged children. As a family we love the outdoors and go camping, to the beach, on bush walks, bike riding and swimming often. I also like reading, art and crafts.
I am a friendly, welcoming teacher so please feel free to come and say hello.
