Hi I am Tina Carter and I have had the privilege to work at Te Totara School since February 2012 as a Teacher Aide.

I have two boys at school - one Year 3, and the other in Year 5.

As a mother I don't have time for my own hobbies, but love sports and spend my time encouraging, supporting and being involved with the boys' soccer and cricket teams.

Hi, my name is Jenna and I have been part of the Te Totara community since my oldest started school in 2010. I was then fortunate enough to begin working here as a Teacher Aide in 2014 after my third (and youngest) started school.

I really enjoy working with children of all ages, abilities and needs. It is such a joy and privilege to be able to help them with their learning. I am lucky to have had a variety of roles in this job and to be able to say that I work with an incredible community of people.

My name is Wendy McMillan and this is my 8th year at Te Totara.

I have 3 children, aged 17, 15 and 13.

I love spending time with my family and in my spare time I enjoy running, playing Netball and Touch and spending time at the beach.

Kia ora my name is Louise Sharpe and I am a Learning Assistant at Te Totara Primary School.

I started working with children within a primary school environment in 1998. I love working with young children and helping making a difference to their lives.

My husband, son and I moved from the UK in 2009. We now have three children that attend Rototuna High Schools after they attended Te Totara Primary School.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with family, reading, movies, astronomy and yoga.

My family has been part of the Te Totara community since our eldest son started school in 2018. We also have twin boys who are now in Year 2. After 10 years as a full-time stay at home mum, it has been a pleasure to join the team as a Learning Assistant.
